• Criminal cases on the index may represent warrants only and cases that may not have been prosecuted by the district attorney.

• User agrees to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CheckColorado.com and its subsidiaries from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, losses, and liabilities (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in any way related to a breach of this Agreement by user or use of information by user (or any third party receiving such information from or through user) furnished by or through CheckColorado.com to the extent that such costs, claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities (including attorney fees) do not result from the improper acts of CheckColorado.com.
